"Failed to add Brevidy Captions effect"
Fix captions or titles that won't create because the Brevidy Captions effect isn't installed or loaded yet, usually with one Premiere restart.
Brevidy draws captions and titles with its own Premiere effect, Brevidy Captions. Premiere only loads effects when it starts, so after Brevidy installs or updates the effect, Premiere needs one restart.
