Which Brevidy features come with which plan, how the free sample and the 7-day trial work, and what upgrade prompts mean.
Every plan includes captions, styling and the Media Browser. Prices are at brevidy.pro/pricing.

- Paid plans only: making new titles, title presets, Title Studio and Preset Studio (the
Createtabs), importing SRT or WebVTT captions, and some Media Browser positions and animations. On Free you can still edit titles you already have.
The free sample#
A new account can caption one video of up to 10 minutes for free, once per account and once per computer.
Your free sample covers up to 10 minutes: the caption layer is longer. Shorten it or start a trial.This device has already used Brevidy free samples.: this computer used one already.
Start the 7-day free trial#
- Click your account picture, then
Start your free trial. - Pick Captioner or Producer, monthly or yearly.
- Finish checkout on the website.
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The trial is once per account, on personal plans only.
Upgrade your plan#
- Go to brevidy.pro/dashboard/account.
- Under
Billing, clickChange plan. - Pick the new plan and confirm.
Upgrades start right away and charge the prorated difference. Downgrades start at the end of the paid period.
Upgrade prompts in the panel#

Upgrade to Producer for AI tools. | AI tools need Producer or Team Pro. On Brevidy 2.0.12 or older, this also shows for Preset Studio and Title Studio, which any paid plan unlocks. |
Design caption looks with Preset Studio. / Design title templates with Title Studio. | These need a paid plan. Any paid plan works. |

- Minutes don't roll over, and there are no minute packs. For more, move to a bigger plan.
