Transcription Settings

Brevidy can transcribe your videos with 95% accuracy in over 99 languages. We provide a variety of transcription settings to help you get the most out of your captions.

Transcription Model

Brevidy includes multiple transcription models. Best is our highest-quality default, Accurate supports Gladia-powered transcription features, and Fast is quicker but less accurate.

Detect Language

Brevidy can automatically detect the language of your video and transcribe it accordingly. If you are having trouble with the language detection, you can manually select the language from the dropdown menu.

Multilingual Transcription

Brevidy can transcribe videos with multiple languages. Enable this to automatically detect and transcribe each language in the video.

Translating Captions

Brevidy can translate your captions into over 99 languages. Select the language you want to translate to from the dropdown menu.

Include Filler Words

Enable Include Filler Words if you want transcripts and captions to keep spoken fillers like "um" and "uh." Leave it off for cleaner, more readable captions.

This option is available with the Best and Fast transcription models. It is not available with Accurate.
