Wiggle

In the same animation window you can set a wiggle effect to your captions that will constantly move them around the video.

  • Frequency: Sets how often the wiggle effect happens. Higher means more frequently.
  • Position Intensity: Sets how far the position can vary.
  • Rotation Intensity: Sets how far the rotation can vary.
  • Scale Intensity: Sets how much the scale can vary.

Random Rotation

This will apply a random rotation to the caption block. Useful for adding a bit of flair to your captions. Adjust the Rotation slider to control the amount of rotation. Use the Seed to change the random rotation.

Background

Add a background to the entire caption block. You can adjust the Opacity, Color, Roundness, X Padding, and Y Padding.

Hide During Gap

The Hide During Gap option is a checkbox that, when enabled, hides the captions whenever there is a large enough gap between caption blocks. This is useful for keeping the screen clear during moments when no captions are needed.

  • Enable Hide During Gap: When checked, captions will be hidden during gaps between blocks that meet the threshold.
  • Gap Threshold: When 'Hide During Gap' is enabled, this parameter becomes available. It sets the minimum gap (in seconds) that must exist between caption blocks for the captions to be hidden. Lowering the threshold will cause more (shorter) gaps to be hidden, while increasing it will only hide captions during longer pauses.
